Hey Everyone, here is the plan for next week.

- multiplying 2 fractions (we will begin this tomorrow in class)

I am hoping to have your BEDMAS marks on Powerschool sometime this weekend. A fair number of you weren't happy with how it went. I will offer you one more chance to write a quiz on this topic but it will not be the same quiz with different numbers. I will not be covering this again in class, but I will have an after school help session in my room on Wednesday until 3pm, a day before your opportunity to re write.

On Thursday we will write a short quiz to wrap up this unit. The quiz will consist of one each of the following questions (4 total):

- missing leg
- missing hypoteneuse
- determining whether or not a triangle is a right triangle (remember, make the longest side c, do not try and find the right angle visually, all 3 sides will be given)
- area and side length of titled square.

No calculators will be allowed, the dimensions used on the triangles/tilted square will be 1-15. Number lines may be needed to estimate too.
