This was done in Google Classroom, so anyone who was not present today is welcome to watch the film (youtube link in the notes) and to open their unmarked assignment designated to them so I verify that you understood this concept.

We began our study with a general discussion of how the 1800s is the 19th century, and why studying Indigenous peoples is an extremely important part of NL history. We will explore each of the 5 NL Indigenous groups in more detail in the coming days.

There is no test for this chapter. But there will be two in-class projects which will be submitted for a mark.
